Selection of VenuesWe have access to 17,000 worldwide hotels with meeting space capacity up to 5,000 participants. We’ll research and recommend appropriate destinations and site options and we’ll negotiate competitive contract rates. We’ll provide support information including hotel photos, floor maps of meeting space, hotel specs and maps of hotel location.
ComponentsOur extensive supplier relationships enable us to plan and arrange every conference component including facilities, meeting room requirements, on-site technology needs, audio/visual and internet capabilities.
We’ll plan and provide efficient travel arrangements for participants including special group rates or individual air, and car rentals, transfers or coach transportation for group arrivals. We’ll arrange welcome receptions, dining and other food and beverage needs, and events and entertainment as required. We’ll provide information on local restaurants, nightlife, weather and local area information.
