What is the minimum meeting size that ATCO would handle?
There is no minimum. As a service to corporate clients we’ll provide care attention to every small meeting as well as larger conferences. Generally as the meeting size increases, the demand for additional services changes with addition of receptions, functions, food and beverage, audio/visual and other. We’ll add or delete components according to each client’s requirements.

Will ATCO Travel handle local meetings as well as international?
We regularly plan meetings in Canadian cities for companies with out of town delegates. Local locations from Calgary often include Banff or Kananaskis for which we can negotiate special hotel rates and plan wonderful functions. Popular locations also include Arizona, British Columbia and Washington State, in addition to other Canadian cities. For all conferences, whether domestic or international, we’re able to search from 17,000 hotels worldwide to find the most suitable options for your conference.
