Does ATCO have the contacts and resources to produce a competitive group bid?
Yes, our group employees and management have handled extensive group programs over a number of years, including incentive group movements, special interest tours specially designed for associations, university group programs, air groups and charter management. We have hands-on experience and knowledge of destinations, venues, attractions to enhance your program, and we can custom design a full itinerary including coach travel, rail in Europe, and cruise group programs.

What is a minimum group size?
We’ll handle clients of every size configuration, however we normally consider that a group represents at least 10 passengers travelling together, for which we will try to negotiate a special rate. For cruise groups, we may be able to arrange a group rate with a minimum of 16 passengers.
