Aside from extensive monthly reporting that we provide, we also respond to frequent requests for ad hoc reports that inform our clients of many aspects of their travel. These requests include travel itineraries for individual and project requirements, summaries of travel based on locations and also by dates. Business requirements for cost management are extensively supported by the reporting that ATCO Travel provides.

ATCO Travel’s reporting tool also provides extensive information to accounting teams to assist with their reconciliation of central billing cards as well as cost allocation reporting to charge project costs back to their own clients.  This often includes the service fee paid to ATCO Travel in the first place.  This has a direct and positive effect on the bottom line.
